Two-level country house is located in a picturesque place of the former village of Vohnala, within walking distance from the Gulf of Finland. The architectural look is formed by volumes of different heights and combinations of pitched and flat roofs.
The interconnection of different geometrical forms gives a contrasting silhouette and reveals the original character of this house. The house is placed on the highest part of the site and along the axis of the central road.
The goal of the landscape design was to unite the house, terraces and outdoor. Also, as a matter of fact, all existing trees had been preserved on the site.
Facade cladding is made of natural materials. Their visual characteristics will not loose their beauty over time. Durability and aesthetic qualities of the house will remain the same.
