This project is a perfect architectural embodiment of a comfortable place to relax away from the city bustle with family and friends.
The idea of such strict laconic facade look that faces the street is dictated by the region peculiarities, especially urban low-rise buildings. The dynamics of the three-dimensional composition is provided by a combination of several well-balanced parallelepipeds with a high-rise accent block as the centrepiece.
