We joined the project at the very end of the construction of the house – both walls and roof of the building were already erected. Based on the erected house, our architectural team developed a detailed project facade renovation and decorative finishing. Since the proportions, layout, window and door openings, and roof were not subject to change, the authors had to work very carefully in order to develop the most accurate and detailed working documentation.
Colonnade, stucco decoration, balustrades, flowerpots, strict symmetry – gradually the house began to acquire the features of a traditional neoclassical manor. In the process of reconstruction, a portico was build – another integral element of classicist architecture. In the end, we turned to oldshool styled house into an elegant, austere mansion.
