The Concept
The stunning location and the surrounding landscape determined the layout. Firstly and fore mostly, all windows of the living quarters are facing the sea shore.
The stunning location and the surrounding landscape determined the layout. Firstly and fore mostly, all windows of the living quarters are facing the sea shore.
The primary function of this summer villa is to accommodate big family gatherings with friends during major holidays. The most picturesque area in the house is a broad terrace with a summer kitchen, a large table for 12 people and a comfortable soft furniture group. The terrace adjoins an indispensable attribute of a respectable villa - a large swimming pool.
The ground floor hosts the main premise of the house, which combines a dining room with a kitchen area and a living room with stained-glass radial glazing providing a panoramic view of the beach and the seaside.
We designed the second floor in such a way that each bedroom has a private access to the terrace, and, most importantly, a direct view of the beach.

Exterior decoration looks absolutely stunning.
The facades are made of Italian travertine, adjusted in a classical order system with a modern twist. The sides of the building behind the columns are finished with rectangular stone slabs. The stained-glass windows of the staircase hall are protected from the sun and prying eyes by metal screens with a pattern resembling a meander. From the sea side, stonework is completely diluted with stained-glass windows, allowing the seascape to enter the interior of the living quarters.
